| **What it is** | Norman's old butcher shop, now a dive |

| **The crowd** | Locals, and the Eurotrashers |
| **Who runs it** | Norman |
| **In the back** | 80/20, a fixer who sells used cyberware |

## The place
Out-of-towners hear the name and expect a biker bar. Chopper's was the local butcher shop until the war, and when Norman's walk-in freezer broke down he switched from selling meat to selling drinks. He serves off his old ice boxes, which double as the bar and the booze storage. The drinks are as plain as the decor, and a faint smell of blood has never quite left.

## The crowd
The Eurotrashers drink here, because Kate Mulvaney won't let them into Fiddler's Green.

## Norman
Norman owns the place and pours. He's a baggy fellow who used to cut meat for the neighborhood.

## The back room
A fixer called **80/20** does business out of the back. If you want pre-owned cyberware and you're fine with not asking where it came from, he can help. Everything needs cleaning, but nobody beats his prices. The old meat grinder back there still works.

## Starting a scene
Meet somewhere the cops at Fiddler's Green won't see you, or go into the back room for a piece of chrome you can't afford new. Decide whether you're there for a drink or for 80/20.
