Uploads
How to upload images, wiki pages, and character sheets to the wiki.
Image Uploads
Upload images through the wiki's admin interface to use them in wiki pages.
Supported: Any standard image format (PNG, JPG, GIF, etc.)
Where they go: Uploaded images are stored in the _assets/ directory for the wiki instance.
How to reference them: Use the standard Markdown image syntax:

The /assets/ path maps to the _assets/ directory. See the Wiki Markdown page for image sizing and positioning options.
Wiki Page Uploads
Upload .md files to create or update wiki pages.
Constraints:
- File type:
.mdonly - Max size: 10 MB
- The filename becomes the page slug (e.g.,
my-page.mdbecomes/my-page)
Overwrite protection: If a page with the same slug already exists, the wiki will ask for confirmation before overwriting.
Process:
- Write your page in Markdown (with any wiki extensions)
- Upload via the admin page editor or file upload
- The page is immediately live
Character Sheet Uploads
Character sheets (.toml files) go through a review process.
Constraints:
- File type:
.tomlonly - Max size: 1 MB
- Must be valid TOML syntax
Admin upload: Admins can upload character files directly to _characters/ through the character management interface.
Player upload (paste system): Players submit sheets through /paste, which queues them for ST review. See the Character Management page for the full workflow.
